Order Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support via email at info@shopteatime.com. We partner with Shopify to offer an updated duties and taxes collection, however, these charges may not reflect exact amounts and further collection may be required upon delivery.

Expected Shipping Times: We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Domestic (Within USA): 5-7 business days 
  • International (Outside USA): 10-12 business days
