Refund policy

At Tea Time, we want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our policies for returns, exchanges, and cancellations. 

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note: If your order is international, we cannot accept returns. 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopteatime.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Processing Timeline: We strive to process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers will provide the shipping costs for returns.

Order Cancellation: We aim to minimize over-production by communicating directly with our factories as orders come in. To help us achieve this goal, please note that you have a 24-hour window to cancel your order after it is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within the first 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as production may have already begun.
