  • Domestic (Within USA): 5-7 business days 
  • International (Outside USA): 10-12 business days 

• Order Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

• Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support via email at info@shopteatime.com. 

Returns and Exchanges:

• Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopteatime.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

• Processing Timeline: We strive to process returns within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Return Shipping: Customers will provide the shipping costs for returns.
